Milind Dev:

Creative force behind MIMO productions
Studied to be a Production Engineer but the media industry beckoned and he quickly became one of the two founders of MIMO Productions
His interests are many and multi-faceted
He is a gifted visualizer and a choreographer
He has an active interest in editing, direction, animation and music
Photography also interests him to a great extent
Has acted for about two years in professional Marathi theatre
Carries with him thirteen years of active film making experience
All his skills help the MIMO team in producing cutting-edge work

Mohan Bhat:

Significant force behind the technical infrastructure of MIMO Productions
He has been instrumental in providing the domain expertise behind the technical aspects of film making
Passed out as an Industrial Electronics Engineer and thus, assuming technical responsibilities at MIMO was for him a logical choice
He specializes in lighting and cinematography
Has more than a decade of experience with him in this field
Has acted in professional Marathi plays for more than two years
He is also an alumnus of the LENSIGHT workshop conducted by FTII, Pune
